Sometimes a project does not need another supplier. It needs one person who can hold the creative, the technical and the commercial at the same time, and lead.
Often I am on a project leading production and the conversation drifts into business strategy, launch runways, where the next clients are coming from. That turns out to be useful, so I get asked to stay in the room for the planning.
